A member of the American Bar Association and the California Trial Lawyers’ Association, Edward Miley serves individuals in need of legal counsel in several different areas of practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 1997, Edward Miley has worked with members of the community and assisted them in their civil and criminal court cases. Some of the areas of focus for Edward Miley and the Miley Law Firm include traffic violations, family law, juvenile, custody and visitation, child abuse and neglect, and personal injury (plaintiff only) cases. Approximately 90 percent of Edward Miley’s practice is dedicated to litigation.

Edward Miley eventually traveled to the U.S. to become a citizen. He remained committed to his undergraduate and graduate education, obtaining four degrees in total. Edward Miley obtained his most recent degree, his Juris Doctor, in 1995 from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He was quickly admitted to practice law in California and Nevada after completing his educational endeavors. Edward Miley is also currently registered to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Edward Miley, who has been asked to lecture on legal topics at several events, has visited the State Bar of Nevada, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and the College of Southern Nevada to give speeches on pertinent legal issues. He also maintains experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Edward Miley previously served as the Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for the Las Vegas Township Justice Court. Along with these responsibilities, Edward Miley has continued to support his community through outreach efforts, and he is also active in several charitable organizations throughout the U.S.
